Say goodbye to dentures and adhesives forever!
Are you tired of sore gums, ill fitting dentures and messy denture adhesive? Would you love to smile and eat with confidence?
Teeth in a Day (All on 4) is a revolutionary new dental treatment for a patient that is missing all their natural teeth and who is tired of wearing an ill fitting and often sore denture.
While there are many options available to people who struggle with an ill-fitting denture, our ‘Teeth in a Day’ (Fixed Implant Supported Bridges) offer you the chance to throw your denture away for good and feel the benefits of never having to worry about a denture again and with proper care will never need to be replaced.
Fixed Implant Supported Bridges are attached to dental implants for a new set of teeth that look and feel natural and are non removable.
No more putting your dentures in a glass overnight. Instead you brush your teeth as you would with natural teeth, in fact some of our patients have commented ‘it feels like having my own teeth back again!’
Restore your smile, your chewing ability and your confidence in just one day
Missing teeth causes bone loss. Significant bone loss can shrink the contours of the jaw bone, causing wrinkled lips and a sunken mouth and chin.
Teeth in a Day Fixed Implant Supported Bridges are a durable solution with natural looking replacement teeth. There’s no plate. It’s simply secured on four or more dental implants. This solution stimulates bone maintenance, restores chewing function, and gets rid of the uncomfortable and painful feeling of wearing dentures.
Attractive healthy-looking teeth play an important role in our general health and well being
You want to look and feel confident, you want to be free to laugh with family and friends anytime and anywhere. You want photos to show you smiling, not trying to hide away.
There are many reasons why people lose their teeth and which can have strong impact on your quality of life. Missing teeth can cause bone loss and the jaw bone to shrink. This is because the bone is no longer stimulted when you chew food. This bone loss causes physical changes to your face. Your jaw line shrinks causing dentures to lose their fit so they often slip causing pain and making many people feel self-conscious.

Bowe Dental Clinic was the first clinic in Munster and one of the first clinics in Ireland to offer this revolutionary prodecure to patients.
Over the past 5 years we have treated hundreds of patients with great success. Currently Dr Bowe has performed more All on 4 surgeries than any other Dental Surgeon in the Ireland.
We see the profound effect this procedure has on our patients lives and we are passionate about giving every patient the best experience possible.
We understand that our patients spend a lot of time effort and money on the Teeth in a Day procedure and we know its vital for them to trust that they are in the best hands. We have learned that it is imperative to spend the time to explain treatments to patients beforehand. In this way patients are prepared for surgery and get back to their daily routine much faster. You can have as much time as you need to ask all the questions you want.
Dr Bowe and all our staff continue to attend courses in order to keep up with the latest advances in the All on 4 field. We feel that by using the best quality Dental Implants (Nobel Biocare), world class local lab technicians and continuing to invest in state of the art equipment (such as our recently purchased Sirona CT Scanner) we can continue to offer our patients the highest standard in the All on 4 treatment.
What Our Patients Have To Say About All-On-4
“I have never looked back and am so happy with the teeth that Dr. Bowe went to so much trouble with to make sure they suited me. Now I’m not afraid that my teeth will fall out (they can’t), I can eat everything and I’m not afraid to smile… the money I spent on my new teeth was the best money I ever spent and I got tax back and the VHI paid some of the cost as well.”

How it works?
At your free consultation, we’ll take the time to listen to you, address your concerns and questions and fully explain the procedure and the options available to you. If you decide to proceed, a full clinical examination will be carried out by Dr. Robert Bowe including X rays and 3D CT scanning. We are one of only a few clinics in Ireland with a CT scanner on site which minimises patient inconvenience and allows for the most advanced analysis of your teeth and needs.
The full implant procedure is carried out in one day. The implants are placed in the morning and you leave that afternoon with fully fixed teeth having thrown your denture in the bin!
If you are nervous we understand and it’s no problem, the procedure is pain free but some of our patients do elect to have a mild sedative to help them relax, this is entirely your choice.
